Later on, Chuck began performing with his brother in and around the Savannah area as a duo. They soon became one of the most popular groups in the region known as the Courtenay Brothers.

This incredible popularity led to many new opportunities for Chuck to be the opening act for artists such as; Mark Chestnut, Chely Wright, Craig Morgan, Jo De Messina, Lee Greenwood, Lila McCann, Lonestar, Joe Nichols, David Ball, and Jeff Foxworthy.

Chuck has also been on the USO Tour to perform for our troops and has made many successful Television and Radio appearances.
